A site plan, also known as a plot plan, is a detailed drawing of a property that shows the boundaries of the land, the location of all existing and proposed structures, and other features like driveways, walkways, fences, and trees. It's an essential document for permit applications.

You will receive the site plan in PDF format, ready to be printed on an 11"X17" sheet. This is the default size of most cities. I also added a (.dwg) CAD file in case you need it for future work.
