Can you integrate Amazon Connect with Lambda, API Gateway or DynamoDB?
Yes. AWS service integrations are available through the Premium package or a custom offer based on complexity.
Do you need access to my AWS account?
Not always. Some issues can be resolved using exported configurations and supporting evidence. When access is necessary, use a temporary least-privilege role and never share root credentials.
Can you deploy directly to Production?
Production deployment can be discussed, but testing, approvals and rollback requirements must be agreed upon first. Secure and controlled access is required.
