The initial delivery didn't include around 60% of the requested material, and it was delivered at a subpar audio quality level (despite sending a technical specifications brief). The seller managed to improve things for some of the later recordings with my direction but in the end some of the requested recordings were missing.

Lindsay was great to work with! She was proactive with communication and understood what I was looking for, asking follow-up questions to clarify things and delivered high-quality audio for me.
