I am a Ph.D. scientist with over 25 years of academic and industrial R&D experience. I specialize in four main funding areas: (1) Early-stage science and technology companies developing novel technology for dual-use (commercial market and federal acquisition); (2) Academic projects focused on basic and applied research and engineering; (3) Infrastructure projects incorporating novel technologies; and (4) Agricultural producers and related companies supporting domestic farms and the agricultural supply chain.
