Andrei Brisc, founder of Logium — an Article 50 compliance specialist with a background in law (four years in-house) who also reads the code.
Article 50 for chatbots, SaaS and AI agents is all I specialise in — not the AI Act in general. I audit your product against it and the GDPR it raises, or test live what it actually discloses, with findings a founder and an engineer can both act on.
I also launch AI-built apps with the GDPR basics, for teams who need the product live first.

In-house Legal Counsel for a Romanian county authority, advising the organization on legal compliance and drafting and reviewing its contracts. My focus was public contracts and procurement — a heavily regulated environment where every decision had to hold up against detailed rules and public scrutiny. That work is where I built the skill I now sell: reading dense regulation and turning it into practical, defensible steps that non-lawyers can act on. I sat inside the organization, not outside it, so I had to make the law usable for people who aren't lawyers — exactly what an AI founder needs when the EU AI Act and GDPR land on their product. Today I apply that same in-house mindset to EU AI Act Article 50 and GDPR for US SaaS and AI companies with EU users: mapping which obligations bind them, where they fall short, and how to close each gap — as compliance documentation and readiness, not legal advice. Qualified as a consilier juridic (in-house legal counsel) under Romanian law, with a law degree from Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University.
