Trashed our design. Did not do what was asked 4 even after great details were provided; we gave samples to go by. Absolute disregard for instruction. Attempted to pass off a logo from a major university as "finished work". That breaks copyright laws! -total disregard for instructions. I want full refund or the product as was explained, NOW
