I’m a Postgraduate in Biotechnology & Bioinformatics and currently pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry, specialising in Cancer Genomics. I have extensive experience in NGS data analysis, cancer genomics, immune cell state and ecotype analysis, and genomic workflow development using Python and R. I also work in computational drug discovery, including ADMET analysis, network pharmacology, molecular docking, and pathway analysis. I combine biological expertise with computational analysis and data visualization to solve complex biomedical research problems.
