Sofia went above and beyond: we asked for 2 playthroughs and she played 7 times, leaving thorough feedback on each. The only hiccup was on our end — the in-game review UI wasn't obvious enough and she missed it (we've since fixed it). Other than that, Sofia delivered great work, on time.
