Which app stores do you work with?
I work with the Apple App Store and Google Play. Basic and Standard cover one platform, while Premium covers both.
Can you guarantee more downloads or higher rankings?
No. ASO can improve listing relevance and provide opportunities for better discoverability, but rankings, downloads, and conversion rates depend on several factors outside my control.
Can you optimize a new app that has not launched yet?
Yes. I can prepare listing copy and keyword recommendations before launch. Share your app concept, features, target audience, and available materials.
What information do you need to get started?
Please provide your app name, store link if available, app description or feature list, target audience, target countries, and competitor examples.
Will you upload or publish my app?
No. App classification, developer-console access, app submission, and publishing are not included in these packages.
Is app icon redesign included?
An app icon review and recommendations are included. Creating a completely redesigned icon is not included unless agreed separately.
Are screenshots, banners, and videos included?
The Standard package includes one Google Play feature graphic or three Apple App Store screenshots. Premium includes a Google Play feature graphic, five screenshots per store, and a 30-second promotional video created using suitable footage and materials you provide.
Do you optimize both Android and iOS apps?
Yes. Select Premium for platform-specific ASO covering both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Revisions are included according to your chosen package. They cover adjustments to the original agreed scope; new deliverables or major changes may require an additional order.
