Very knowledgeable about online shooters in general and Arc Raiders as well. Walked me through game/setup settings to make sure everything was optimized and then dove headfirst into overall game strategy. Excellent game sense and was able to convey it in a way that I could learn from him. Very polite, well spoken and professional.

He very thoroughly explained the game to me, walked me through all aspects of how I should be playing to get the most out of my time.
