Can I contact you before purchasing?
Yes, It will be a pleasure to talk with you regarding your project. I'm always online so contact me anytime to discuss your project, and I'll be back to you as soon.
Can you provide support to all type websites?
If your website use Elementor pro and Wordpress, yes I can offer support. If you don't know how your website was built contact me and I analyse it.
What do I need to get started?
Provide login or invite me to your account - To provide maintenance your website must be functioning and up to date. (If your website is using outdated version or have bugs or errors, these need be fixed first - if you are unsure please contact me and let's fix your website issues)
For how long are backups being stored?
The Backups are made every month, the files are shared with you and I keep the copy of the files. Backups are deleted 7 days after the last order is completed, to prevent the exclusion of the files and to keep me making monthly backup, you can renew your subscription.
Which Plan should I choose?
In the gig description you can check the Basic, Standard and Premium details, and you can choose the best plan for your website - After you place the order I'll need get access to your website and I'll provide monthly suport. If you still have doubts in each plan is the best, please contact me.
What is the 3 step-by-step Work Process?
First: I'll ask your account details. Second: I'll manage your website for 1 month. At the third and last step, you will receive a weekly report of the website until the month ends. You can renovate the monthly support by purchasing a new order or you can also subscribe for a 6 months.
Do you offer subscription 6 months Maintenance?
Yes on Fiverr you can order the subscription of 6 months with discount - cancel at anytime. In the 6 months plan I'll offer my support for 6 months and ensure your website is always running well. At the end of 6 months, you are welcome to renovate the subscription.
Do you also create website from scratch?
Yes I also create website based in your content, or design file (Figma, Adobe XD or PSD) I can develop your website in Wordpress with Elementor PRO with responsive Desktop, Tablet and mobile version.
What if I have special requirements that I cannot find in your gigs?
Feel free to message me, and I'll answer your questions. We will talk about your projects, resolve your doubts and come to a reasonable solution for us both. You can contact me anytime.
How is the contact made on the platform?
We can talk via Inbox message before placing your order, the whole process is made inside Fiverr Order Page. Notice that the platform requires the communication here, so outside communication or video calls are not allowed.
