À propos de moi
Hi I'm Lucera. A technologist, and entrepreneur based out of Washington state. For the last several years, I have had the pleasure of working with many startups to improve the efficiency of their business using data and automation. Whether it be creating a system that automatically formats and sends patient diagnosis letters for doctors' offices, to building complex customer journey automations for Fintech companies, to automating helpdesks, surveys and anything in between - I do a bit of everything. I am a critical thinker, problem solver, and I will help you get your project done right!

Waji is my long-term passion project I've played a role in raising from infancy. Like in many bootstrapped startups, I've learned how to wear many hats and how to stay gritty in the best, and worst of times. It's by far the project I am most proud of because it has allowed me to work towards a cause much bigger than myself. I credit my talent as a consultant to everything I've learned here!

I'm juggling so much all at once and techy stuff is not my strong point. Lucera did an exceptional job of executing what I needed for automation of a Welcome Letter. Here's the kicker... we ran into some road blocks with her getting onto the website and she handled everything with such grace and patience....
