Do you need administrative access to my cloud account?
No, absolutely not. For security reasons, I only require Read-Only access to your billing console or Cost Explorer. Alternatively, you can securely export your billing data (like AWS CUR or Azure Cost Exports) and share it with me. Never share your master or admin credentials.
Which cloud providers do you support?
I specialize primarily in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. If you have a multi-cloud setup or use Google Cloud Platform (GCP), please message me first so we can review your architecture.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes, definitely. I understand that cloud financial data and infrastructure details are highly sensitive. I am completely comfortable signing a standard NDA before you grant any data access.
In which language will the reports or dashboards be delivered?
I deliver all reports, blueprints, and dashboards in English by default, as it is the industry standard. However, since I am bilingual, I can deliver them in French upon request. Just let me know your preference when placing the order!
