Which Languages do you speak?

What do you need to get started?
You will get some more questions regarding your preferences when placing an order, but the most important things I need to know are: 1. Details about the video 2. Pictures of yourself/people that you want me to use in the thumbnail, 3. Any specific ideas/wishes you have for the thumbnail
How long does it take you to make a thumbnail?
It depends, but you will receive your thumbnail within 24 hours (if you purchased 1 Thumbnail). If you are in a hurry, let me know and I will try to create your thumbnail as fast as possible.
Do you provide source files?
Yes, I provide source files(PSD), you can order them as an extra when placing an order. Note: 1 source file is for 1 thumbnail, if you order multiple thumbnails you can select the number of source files you need under "quantity"
What's your policy about revisions and refunds?
I offer unlimited revisions and if you're not satisfied then don't worry, a 100% refund is available.
What is a source file?
The file that contains the editable version of the thumbnail, opened by a select software(Adobe Photoshop CC) upon which you can make future changes to the design if you wish so.
