Do you do samples?
Absolutely! Message me your script and I can have a sample to you within 24 hours. I always advocate for trying before buying.
Why is your delivery time 2 days? Most other sellers are 24 hours.
I work with clients all over the globe. This can lead to some pretty drastic time differences. Due to this, I like to add a little padding for the delivery time in case there are any questions I may have. It gives the client and me time to make sure we are on the same page BEFORE delivery.
Why do you include commercial rights?
Commercial rights are required for any voice over used for businesses. Even if it is internal, on your company website, or youtube channel. I have found that including commercial rights is a benefit for both of us. Most sellers charge $10-15 for these. With me they are included for Free!
What's the difference between explainer videos and eLearning?
Explainer videos are usually shorter in length than eLearning courses. Explainer videos help explain a product or introduce a new brand. eLearning delivers learning and training through digital courses. I have an eLearning gig specifically geared towards eLearning courses.
What is Time sync?
Time sync is when you need the voice over timed to happen at a specific time. If you are selecting this option, please provide the video or time stamps in the script.
I have very specific terminology or non-English words, how do you handle that?
For specific terminology, I will usually research the term to understand not only the word, but how it is used in the script and the impact it would have on the listener. For non-English words, I would ask for a pronunciation guide prior to ordering.
What file type(s) do you provide?
I provide both .wav and/or mp3 files for your use.
What are Broadcast Rights and when do I need them?
Broadcast rights are needed if you PAY for your video to be somewhere - radio, TV, Facebook, YouTube, Podcasts are often the places where my clients have paid to have their videos/explainers played. I will ask if you need the rights, and if find out you do need them, we'll add them to the order.
