I’m almost 26 and have been cooking professionally since I was 16. I left school at 16 and traded my pencil case for a knife roll — and I honestly never looked back. That said, I always missed writing and English class because I’ve always been naturally interested, and dare I say gifted, in literature. Now, I’m pursuing both cooking and writing, because in my honest opinion, life is too short not to follow your curiosity and passion for knowledge.
