At Glacier Cannabis, I’ve led and contributed to some of Glacier’s most important brand-building efforts, including the Glacier website, The Igloo site, Dutchie catalog management, weekly wholesale menus, Fresh Drops creation and management, billboard advertising, packaging development across roughly 40 SKU types, direct dispensary support, and core brand tools like the brand book and budtender guides. Alongside team-leading and project execution, I’ve helped expand Glacier’s ethos into a consistent, scalable identity while also providing team leadership across creative, marketing, and retail-facing initiatives. Key Accomplishments: • Built and expanded the Glacier Cannabis website into a major customer-facing brand and marketing platform. • Helped develop The Igloo’s digital presence and strengthen alignment between Glacier’s product identity and retail experience including building it's website, logo, and much more • Built the Glacier merch store and hundreds of designs • Managed Dutchie catalog structure, product data, visuals, and on-brand menu presentation. • Created and maintained the Fresh Drops system, turning inventory movement into organized, marketable customer-facing updates. • Developed weekly wholesale menus used by dispensaries to review and purchase Glacier products. • Designed billboard campaigns and other large-format advertising assets to increase market visibility. • Built core internal brand tools including the brand book and budtender guides. • Expanded Glacier’s ethos into a consistent identity across web, packaging, retail, and marketing. • Developed packaging direction and systems for roughly 40 unique SKU types. • Worked directly with dispensaries and retail partners to support product visibility, branding, and sell-through. • Helped lead creative execution across multiple moving parts of the business and guide team efforts toward a unified brand standard.
