As a UI/UX Designer at Develop Network, I am responsible for designing user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products, working closely with developers and product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible designs. My core responsibilities include conducting user research, building wireframes and interactive prototypes, and designing responsive interfaces that maintain visual and functional consistency across platforms. A key project I led was the design of an intuitive Hospital Management System, where I created interfaces that streamlined healthcare workflows for medical staff and patients, reducing administrative overhead. I also designed responsive web and mobile application interfaces aligned with business goals, improving cross-platform consistency and user engagement. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reusable UI components, helping establish consistent design standards across the product suite. I regularly apply usability testing and user research methods to validate design decisions before development handoff, ensuring the final product meets real user needs.
