What file formats do you accept and deliver?
I work with .docx, .doc, and .dotx (Word template) files as input. Every project is delivered as a fully editable .docx file plus a print-ready PDF at no extra charge. If you need a Google Docs version, that's available as an add-on. I do not work with locked or DRM-protected files.
What does "professional business document formatting" actually include?
It covers: typography standardization (fonts, sizes, weights, line spacing), layout and grid alignment (margins, columns, section breaks), header/footer design, table and data table cleanup, table of contents generation, visual element formatting (charts, callout boxes, dividers).
Do you work with Google Docs?
Yes. though, I will convert the Google Docs document to a Microsoft Word document and deliver it to you as such.
Do you work with (Mac) Pages?
Yes. though, I will convert the Pages document to a Microsoft Word document and deliver it to you as such.
Can you provide samples of your work?
I cannot offer samples of my client's documents due to privacy reasons. However, you are welcome to view my portfolio on the gig page.
Will I be able to make changes to my document?
Yes! I will deliver the document to you as a Microsoft Word document. You may continue to edit your document, as needed.
