Since 2014, I have been working as a full-time freelance Licensed Architect based in Andhra Pradesh, India, delivering architectural, interior, and exterior design solutions to clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Building upon the experience gained since the start of my career in 2002, I established an independent practice focused on providing high-quality design, drafting, and visualization services with a strong commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction. Over the years, I have successfully collaborated with homeowners, contractors, consultants, architects, and reputed multinational organizations, including Jurong. My portfolio includes residential villas, apartments, commercial spaces, office interiors, and various development projects. I have been involved in preparing detailed 2D drawings, architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings. I specialize in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Revit, enabling me to provide efficient and accurate design solutions tailored to each client's requirements. My expertise covers concept development, design coordination, drafting, visualization, and project documentation. One of my key strengths is maintaining long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering quality work, clear communication, and on-time project completion. Throughout my freelance journey, I have handled projects of varying scales and complexity while adapting to evolving industry standards and technologies.
