E-book Formatting & Author Platform Launch Specialist

My journey into digital publishing began with a simple yet persistent problem: too many brilliant manuscripts were getting lost in poor formatting and chaotic platform registration. I decided to fix that — not just for myself, but for other authors. Starting from scratch in April 2026, I built my own book brand «Vector Voronkov. Pragmatics of Relationships» entirely without a budget, using only free tools and a systematic approach. In just 7 days, I launched a fully functional author ecosystem: a multi-page Google Sites website, 9+ publishing and social media profiles (LitRes, Ridero, Author.Today, Litnet, Prodaman, Wattpad, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn), two formatted editions of my first book, and a ready‑to‑use content plan for a month. The entire system was documented and handed over as a synchronized Chrome profile with structured bookmarks — truly one password to rule them all. Since then, I have formatted and published over 15 books in EPUB and FB2 formats, each with strict internal structure (cover, title page, TOC, chapters, metadata) and tested on real devices before delivery. I have also developed a unique workflow that combines AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL‑E, Midjourney) with careful manual oversight, allowing me to produce quality content and visuals while keeping full control over the final product. I specialize in two complementary areas: Technical e‑book formatting (EPUB/FB2, Calibre, validation for major publishing platforms). Strategic author brand building (website creation, social media setup, content planning, and ongoing SMM support). My clients receive more than just files: they get a complete, organized, and instantly usable toolkit. Every project ends with a structured Google Drive, synced Chrome profile, separate secure password and link files, and — where appropriate — a short video tutorial on how to independently edit their book in Calibre without breaking the layout.

Freelance E-book Formatter & Publishing Assistant
Apr 2026 - Present • 2 mos
Before launching my own author ecosystem brand, I worked directly with independent authors, preparing their manuscripts for digital publication. This hands‑on period taught me the technical and editorial details that separate a rejected file from a store‑ready book. I formatted over a dozen manuscripts in EPUB and FB2 using Calibre and manual code refinement. Each project followed strict internal structure: cover, title page, table of contents, chapters, and complete metadata. Authors typically came to me with only a Word document and a deadline. I delivered validated files that passed moderation on LitRes, Ridero, and other platforms on the first attempt. Observing that many authors struggled with the entire publishing pipeline, I expanded my services beyond formatting. I started registering and setting up their profiles on Author.Today, Litnet, and other platforms. I organized their digital assets into folders, wrote platform descriptions, and occasionally advised on simple content strategies for social media. This naturally evolved into the full‑scale author ecosystem launch service I offer today. I learned how to work with clients from different backgrounds, understand their specific needs, and explain complex technical steps in simple terms. The positive feedback and repeat requests confirmed the real demand for a specialist who bridges creative writing and technical publishing. Key contributions: Formatted 15+ fiction and non‑fiction manuscripts with zero moderation rejections. Set up and optimized profiles on 5+ publishing platforms per client. Created reusable workflow templates that cut formatting time by 30%. Received consistently positive feedback and multiple return clients.
Content Marketing Specialist for Authors

While continuing to format e‑books, I also began offering content marketing services tailored specifically to authors and experts. I noticed that many writers had great books but no audience to reach. My goal was to bridge that gap. I developed content strategies and monthly content plans for Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and author blogs on Author.Today and Prodaman. For each client, I created ready‑to‑publish posts, selected or generated images (using DALL‑E and Midjourney), and organized everything into a structured Google Drive with clear naming and alt‑texts. The handover always included a synced Chrome profile with bookmarks, so the client could manage their platforms immediately. Additionally, I recorded short video guides explaining how to maintain the content flow independently after the contract ended. Over time, I combined AI efficiency with manual oversight, ensuring that every post matched the author’s tone of voice and branding. Key contributions: Created 30+ posts and 8 LinkedIn articles for multiple clients. Set up and maintained Telegram channels and Facebook business pages. Reduced client onboarding time by organizing reusable content templates. Integrated AI tools into the workflow while preserving a human touch.
