My company is a 24-hour news television channel, where I am in charge of completely controlling the channel in terms of content, live events, graphics, and commercial breaks, as well as the movement of weather cameras distributed across different regions. My primary job's responsibilities are: - Liaise with Ingest, Scheduling, and Creative to arrange delivery of missing and late-delivery material. - Monitor the channel for quality and continuity during the work shift. - Setting up, controlling, and monitoring television broadcast equipment to transmit television programs and news without interruption. - Managing the graphics of the channels through Vizrt MultiChannel and TitleBox. - Responding in a timely and effective manner to all issues and problems related to broadcasting that may arise. - Test and evaluate audio/visual signal quality at the points of transmission and reception. -Ingesting and monitoring all incoming feeds, while ensuring all content meets the company’s high standards for video and audio quality.
