JotForm offers integration with SMS services, which enables users to send SMS notifications to form respondents, as well as receive form submissions via SMS.


To integrate SMS with JotForm, users need to first choose an SMS service provider that is compatible with JotForm, such as Twilio or Nexmo.


Once the SMS integration is set up, form respondents will receive SMS notifications when they submit a form, providing them with an immediate confirmation of their submission. Additionally, users can also receive form submissions via SMS, which allows for quick and convenient access to important data, even when away from a computer.
