Duties  Manage and obtain all new types of clients. (Labels, Publishers, Radio Stations, Independent Artists, Sound Engineers & Artist Managements)  Construct and offer customized solutions for the musical needs of a client.  Suggest and construct specific recommendations for the sound needs of a client.  Financially plan a project regarding given desires, preferences and budget of a client.  Outsource and manage uniquely required services, equipment and/or projects.  Collaborate on large projects with multiple creatives of different disciplines.  Write, compose and produce instrumentals which may also be scores, compositions, adverts, promotionals and/or overall project production.  Record and edit all types of audio ranging from singers, voiceovers, sound design, rappers, instruments and/or environments.  Mix & Master all types of audio to a required or industry standard meant for that specific purpose. (Radio, TV, DSPs, Advert, YouTube etc.)

Duties  To upkeep and manage all inventory of music & sound equipment in our relative storerooms and premises.  To administrate the everyday use, sign in & sign out of all sound and music equipment on campus premises and other campuses including events.  To clean and always confirm current condition and usability of all instruments, cables & connections, sound desks and mics with their respective IEMs.  To update and optimize all computers and the software we use for both pre and post-production. To also manage data and files of different projects in relation to services, events, broadcasts & media content.  To create and mix all functional backtracks for performances and services for band & singers.  Be a live guitar tech, keyboard tech and tracks tech for guest artists and bands. (Such as Khaya Mthethwa & Ntokozo Mbambo which we’ve worked with)  Lead and teach new members of music and sound.  Communicate progress, updates, changes, recommendations about all systems, equipment, and teams to HOD, Director & Team leaders as well as lead pastor and occasionally senior pastor.  To play electric guitar or aux keyboards for main conferences as part of 3C Live.  To request, order and repair all equipment and liaise relationship between stores & manufacturers to obtain equipment that best suits our systems and send equipment for repairs and maintenance.
