My desire to teach English is rooted in the belief that language is the most fundamental tool for empowerment and social mobility. Through my experience as a volunteer tutor for a refugee language program, I have seen firsthand how mastering English can transform a person's ability to advocate for themselves and navigate a new community. As a law student, I am deeply aware of the power of precise communication; I want to share that tool with others to help them unlock educational and professional opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
