Unfortunately this did not go as planned, I've still ended up without a PDF. I can upload to K DP without errors and now a book cover that doesn't look professional and again has errors. Having to start all over again with someone else as I just don't have the patience.

Maria was very timely in her responses, which I appreciated. However, she did not follow my edit instructions, so I had to spend time after receiving the delivery to make the edits I had requested.

As we started out working it seemed very promising. She delivered results fast. However I needed to check every single page again because there was formatting errors everywhere. After feed backing more than 5 rounds it continued to fail...
