The freelancer did not understand my revision requests and did not have a response for a couple of my requests. They just kept sending me the same file 3 times with no change or revision, that I noticed.

It was great to work with Mariam, she got my files ready and to the standards required for both Ingram and KDP. As a first time self published author I didn't have the files correctly produced, and Mariam was able to get them to the require levels. She turned them around very quickly, and made the book so much better.

I needed the layout of my book to meet certain dimensions for a new platform, and Mariam delivered once again. Very quick, and the files got accepted first time.

Mariam is great to work with. She understood the task, kept me up to date throughout, and delivered. Excited for the book to be launched now.

Mariam has always been very responsive and done good work in a reasonable timeframe. When I needed to reissue my book in another language, I immediately returned to her to have it formatted. I don't regret it and will likely use her again in the future.
