no, the budget needs to already be there, if it's lacking it's okay to work while i'm building.
Do you need my account to build?
no of course not, we can set up a time for when both of us are available. i'm usually very flexible with time. i live in california so i am in pacific time! so it might be a little more difficult if you are from another country. if you would like me to build on your account i totally can :). up 2 u!

Do I need gamepasses?
if you want the house to come from a youtube tutorial that requires certain gamepasses then yes. we can always work around it though :).
