The quality of the work was very good but the brief was not followed. I requested a newsletter and provided a link to the previous editions with a proposed word count. Despite asking twice for the content to be revised to be a newsletter it was delivered twice as a set of posts.

Marie is exactly the type of Beta reader you want. She goes through, reads, comments, suggests any issues that are in your story. But she doesn't stop there. She gives strengths and weaknesses and then gives actionable feedback for you to actually get your story in a better position. Earned a repeat customer.

Seller did a better job on the second draft. The original draft looked rushed with no detail of plot. I sent it back and seller put more effort into the task. This delayed my production, and I wish they had taken the time to do the work initially.
