FAQ
What do you need to get started?
Please send your logo, the exact text and contact details to include, preferred colors, card dimensions and any style examples. For printing, also provide your printer's technical requirements, including bleed and safe margins.
Can I edit the business card myself?
Yes! Standard and Premium include an editable Canva link. It is also available as an extra with Basic. The editable source is a Canva project, not a Photoshop or Illustrator file.
Do you provide printing or logo design?
No. This service includes digital design files only. Physical printing and shipping are not included. Please provide your existing logo if you want it on the card; creating a new logo is a separate service and is not included.
What is the difference between a revision and a design concept?
A revision is a round of adjustments to an existing proposal, such as changing colors, fonts or text placement. A design concept is a different visual proposal. Premium includes two concepts, with one chosen design developed into the final files.
