Leading 3D modeling workshops for students aged 12–18 at TUMO Buenos Aires. I design the workshop content and guide students through the full 3D pipeline in Blender: concept, modeling, texturing and final renders. Each 2-month program ends with every student presenting a finished project. This role sharpened my ability to break down complex 3D workflows, give clear feedback, and deliver projects on schedule.
