Hello! My name is Temir, I am an architect and graphic designer with 3 years of experience in project creation, conceptual and executive design, as well as visualization! Architecture and visualization are not only my work, but are my way of living, to imagine and to create to live! I know multiple languages and can speak freely!

Qazaq Consulting Engineering is an architectural and engineering firm specializing in conceptual design and executive (detailed) architectural projects, covering the full project cycle from early-stage concepts to construction-ready documentation. One of the firm’s latest completed projects is the executive architectural project of BESAGASH VILLAGE, a multifunctional residential development. During my time at Qazaq Consulting Engineering, I worked as a Middle Architect, taking responsibility across multiple project stages. My role included: Overseeing and developing conceptual architectural designs Design and optimization of residential building floor plans Coordination between architectural intent and technical requirements Acting as a BIM Manager, managing Revit models, maintaining model structure, and ensuring consistency across disciplines Supporting the transition from concept to executive-level documentation This role required a combination of design thinking, technical precision, and BIM coordination, allowing me to gain strong experience in both architectural design and project execution workflows.
