When your project is on early-stage flask can be great choice. Then move to another framework like tornado. And if it grows huge you can move to rust or java-based web framework. So, starting with flask is not staying with flask. Its the stage when your project idea tested for large scale development in future. Also, for middle scale project flask can easily handle.
