I used to work as an actor, filmmaker and English teacher. I have also spent years translating English films into Mandarin and Cantonese as a hobby. My translation credits include Samurai Cop (1991), Body Double (1984) and Gloria (1980) etc., all done on a non-profit basis. I now hope to translate independent films to help them reach global audiences. I have assembled a team of friends from various regions, covering translations into Spanish, French, Russian and Hindi. I am also experienced in formatting subtitles compliant with streaming platforms such as Netflix and more. No AI will be used.
