I supported operations at FeedWells Co USA, a food supply company serving schools. I managed and processed bulk Sysco orders with full accuracy and put together clear training videos so new on site US staff could get up to speed quickly. I also built simple Jotform forms with straightforward guides for filling them in, and worked with a colleague to deliver the client's website.

E-Commerce Store Manager

Europafoodxb Ltd • Freelance

Aug 2025 - Present • 1 yr 3 mos

I looked after products and listings at EuropaFoodXB UK, a European food retailer selling through its shop, website, Deliveroo, Amazon and TikTok. I wrote SEO friendly listings for every channel and ran the whole in store MSP system, from new products and barcodes to prices, suppliers, label printing and profit margins. I also handled the monthly supplier invoices, kept stock records up to date, and set up the biweekly promotions on the website and Deliveroo. On top of that I made the product images and banners, and kept an eye on competitor prices so we stayed in line with the market.
