Film Coordinator — Nonprofit Organization As a Film Coordinator, I supported the development, production, and post-production of film and video projects used for outreach, education, and storytelling. I worked across creative, technical, and logistical aspects of production to help ensure projects moved smoothly from concept to delivery. My responsibilities included coordinating production workflows, managing assets, and assisting with editing, audio, and final deliverables. I collaborated with internal teams and external creatives to align visuals, messaging, and tone with organizational goals. I contributed to post-production by editing video and audio, recording and editing voiceover, mixing background music, and preparing final exports for multiple platforms. This included reviewing scripts, making editorial refinements for clarity and pacing, and ensuring content was accessible and audience-appropriate. In addition to hands-on creative work, I helped organize project materials, track progress, and support communication between stakeholders. I assisted in reviewing drafts, gathering feedback, and implementing revisions to help projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Through this role, I gained experience managing multiple moving parts within a nonprofit production environment, balancing creative storytelling with practical constraints such as timelines, budgets, and distribution needs.
