Took full technical leadership of process optimization for a client in the tourism sector. Audited, restructured and scaled an existing n8n automation infrastructure that had hit operational limitations. Legacy workflow re-engineering — Analyzed the inherited architecture and executed a complete refactor of the workflows, simplifying n8n logic, reducing execution consumption and improving long-term maintainability. Capability expansion — Designed a new tool within existing workflows using GitHub to improve system scalability. Role: Lead Automation Specialist Stack: n8n, API Integrations, GitHub, Data Transformation, JSON. Developed an automatic invoicing infrastructure enabling the client to scale sales volume without increasing administrative overhead. Integrated TuriTop (bookings) with Holded (ERP) via n8n so that every sold event is automatically converted into a legally binding invoice. Used Supabase as a centralized data registry for full control over complex API flows and edge cases. Impact: Eliminated the financial department bottleneck, allowing the company to handle tourism demand peaks at near-zero marginal operational cost. Stack: n8n, TuriTop API, Holded API, Supabase, JSON Acted as a key engineering team member in the automation infrastructure overhaul of a real estate company. My role went beyond execution — I analyzed and made critical backend architecture decisions to ensure system scalability. Infrastructure migration (Make → n8n) — Migrated complex workflows from Make to self-hosted n8n servers, optimizing scenario logic during migration, refactoring inefficient processes and making autonomous decisions on error handling and data structure.
