I am an experienced professional in RFIC and MMIC design with advanced degree training as well as years of industrial working experience. I specialize in chip-level designs of GaAs, GaN, SiGe, CMOS and SOI RFIC and MMIC circuits for Wifi, LTE, 5G, Starlink and humanoid robot systems. I am proficient in RF chip design flow using Keysight ADS and ICCAP, Cadence Virtuoso and Allegro, and HFSS, Momentum, FEM and other standard or custom tools and I have numerous tapeout experiences on these processes.
