I had paid much more for a very inferior site, and Mat built a much better site for me. He asked my opinion every step of the way to be sure the store was not only professional and working, but that I actually liked the look and feel of the store.

Matt took care of deleting the deluge of message to my Instagram inbox for me so I didn't have to take up my time to do that. He did a wonderful job at fending off all of the people who wanted me to pay them to do what he was already dong.

My website wasn't working, so Mat obtained a tiktok shop pixel code for me so we could set up a shop that would work for me and make a profit. He was very patient with my lack of tech knowledge and helpful.

Mat is very good to work with. He keeps you posted every step of the way, and is very patient to walk you through technical things if you don't particularly understand them. He builds trust and confidence, and then follows through with what he promises.

He was very patient and carefully explained everything he planned to do and why it needed to be done before sending over the work offer. This was helpful since I am not very tech savvy. He was able to work within my budget while delivering a good service.
