Can I give you specific instructions for how I want my video to look?
I can follow a video style according to your instructions. Please message me first and describe what you want, so I can confirm if it's doable.
What languages do you work with?
I can edit your videos in English or Spanish
What's the difference between the "Budget" (basic) and the "Best Value" (standard) package?
The 2 differences are - Raw files: * Budget: you can send me only 1 clip, up to 2 minutes long * Best Value: you can send me 10 clips, up to 10 minutes long (total) - Editing: basically more advanced editing and overall more hours invested in each video for the "Best Value" package.
What's the difference between the "Best Value" (standard) and the "Premium Only" (premium) package?
More advanced editing techniques and overall more hours invested in each video for the "Premium Only" package. A more thorough creative process (where we decide what's best for each moment) and after the video is done, it's tripled-checked by the editor and myself to guarantee the highest quality
What's the best package for me?
On a tight budget and looking for basic editing (nothing fancy)? The "Budget" package is best for you. You're a new/upcoming content creator and want high quality editing for an affordable price? The "Best Value" package is the way to go. Do you want the best of the best? Choose "Premium Only"!
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, discounts for bulk orders start at +6 videos. Contact me first to give you a custom quote for your specific project 👍
Can you deliver faster?
Yes, I offer special rates for express delivery (as fast as 24-hr turnaround) and if you need faster delivery times in a consistent basis, let me know and we’ll work out a deal 🤝
Do you offer free samples?
Sorry, we don’t offer free samples at the moment due to the workload.
What if I need more revisions?
The “standard” and “premium” packages include 2 rounds of revisions each. For every extra round of revision the cost is only USD$5 extra.
What if I don’t know anything about editing, can you assist me?
Don’t worry, just reach out and tell me roughly what you need and I’ll help you decide what’s the best plan for you regarding video editing :)
