Responsibilities: - Insure Account clearance of Both Parties (Buyer and Seller) Before Transfer Process. - Preparation Challan of Dues of Both Pares and Issues Them Transfer Date and Time. - Preparation "No Demand Certificate" of Seller and Report to Finance Manager for Further Clearance. - Printing and Preparation of E-Stamp Papers and other Transfer Documents Before Due Date of Transfer. - Customize the Transfer documents manually according to the transfer case like Authority or Power of Attorney. - Perform Transfer Process as per Company Polices. - Maintains Files Record in So and Hard Form. - New Files and New Members Registration. - Allotment of plots and schedule attachment with files. - Mailing and Issuance of Account Statement to Customers
