I run discovery, architecture and delivery for custom business software. Clients come to me with a process, not a spec, and leave with a system their team actually uses. What I build: Custom CRM and ERP systems from scratch - leads, pipeline, contacts, deals, tasks, roles and permissions, dashboards and reporting, built around one company's process instead of a generic template. Business automation - n8n, Make and Zapier workflows connecting CRM, email, payments, spreadsheets and AI steps, with error handling, alerts and written documentation. Self-hosted n8n when a client wants to own the infrastructure. Telegram and WhatsApp bots - menu bots, order and payment flows, AI assistants answering from a knowledge base, human handover and admin panels, all wired into the client's CRM. Web applications and e-commerce - Laravel, Node.js, React, Vue, PHP and MySQL, plus REST API design, payment gateways and third-party integrations. Technical specifications - I turn a described process into a written scope with modules, data model, integrations, user stories and a realistic estimate, so a client can budget before committing to a build. Notable projects: a cross-platform e-commerce ecosystem (website plus iOS and Android apps), a corporate portal with a client cabinet and real-time order tracking for a steel manufacturing plant, a housing and jobs classifieds app for the EU market, an automated competitor price monitoring service, and a Telegram Mini App on TON. Every project runs the same way: analysis, a written scope you approve, weekly sprints with a working demo, deployment, a handover call and documentation. Clear communication, realistic deadlines, maintainable code, and full source code ownership on the client's side.
