As a Product Design, Manufacturing, and Embedded Systems Engineer, I specialize in transforming ideas into fully functional, manufacturable, and market-ready products. My experience spans the complete product development cycle, from concept generation and design validation to prototyping, testing, and production support. Over the years, I have worked on a wide range of engineering projects involving plastic and silicone product development, injection mold design, electronic hardware design, and IoT system integration. I have extensive experience designing high-precision plastic and silicone injection molds while applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize product quality, minimize production costs, and reduce manufacturing risks. Using Moldflow analysis, I evaluate material flow behavior, identify potential defects, and improve mold performance before production begins, helping clients avoid costly design revisions and tooling issues. In addition to mechanical product development, I design professional PCB schematics and PCB layouts for embedded systems, IoT devices, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. I utilize industry-standard tools such as EasyEDA and KiCad to create production-ready designs, including Gerber files, BOM documentation, manufacturing outputs, and assembly files. My electronics expertise includes ESP32 and Arduino-based system development, sensor integration, wireless communication systems, and custom embedded hardware solutions. I also develop hardware prototypes that bridge the gap between concept and production. This includes component selection, circuit validation, firmware development, performance testing, troubleshooting, and design optimization. Through hands-on prototyping and iterative engineering processes, I ensure that products meet functional, manufacturing, and commercial requirements before entering production.
