I’m a writer, researcher and problem-solver who enjoys turning messy information, ideas and situations into something clearer, more useful and easier to act on. A BA in English Literature and a family business background led me through different industries, roles and countries, where I developed a knack for spotting patterns, asking the right questions and finding the real problem underneath the obvious one. Today I use that mix to simplify workflows, shape engaging writing and help people untangle situations with clarity and practical thinking.
