While working on an email marketing project for my client, Emily Carter, one of the main challenges shefaced was low engagement from her existing email list. The open rates were very low, and previous campaigns were not generating clicks or conversions. To solve this, I carefully reviewed the existing email content and identified issues with the subject lines, message structure, and audience targeting. I also discovered that the email list was not properly segmented, meaning the same message was being sent to every subscriber regardless of their interests. I improved the strategy by creating more engaging and personalized email content, writing stronger subject lines, and segmenting the audience based on customer behavior and preferences. In addition, I set up a simple email automation flow to improve follow-ups and campaign consistency. As a result, the campaign showed noticeable improvements in engagement, click-through rates, and overall performance. This experience strengthened my ability to identify marketing challenges quickly and deliver effective, results-driven solutions for clients.
