I'm a certified Azure Administrator (AZ-104) and Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) working daily as a Cloud Engineer on real production Azure environments. I'll deploy and configure your Azure Virtual Machine correctly the first time sized right, networked properly, and secured against common misconfigurations.
What I set up: VM provisioning (Windows/Linux), OS and disk configuration, Network Security Groups, basic monitoring, and access configuration. I don't just click "create" I configure it the way I'd configure it for my own clients.
