My service provides professional, meticulous proof reading and editing of any type of document from almanacs to zoetrope instructions.
Even my basic package looks at spelling, grammar, comprehension, sentence structure and style - with particular consideration for the market to which you are aiming your publication.
I specialise in scripts and stories for the screen, and have over 30 years experience as a screenwriter and story editor of drama and corporate scripts and have helped many film makers with their script pitching.
I lecture in story-telling at university level, and have written on many diverse subjects, including magazine articles, political speeches, literary criticism, blogs and reviews, both serious, and comedic.
I deliver a fully annotated Word document so you may review all edits and changes - and I am always available for feedback and comments.

Yes, no problem; but every project is different, so let's chat about yours.
What is your level of English?
I'm English born and bred so it's my natural first language. I can also write in English dialects if that's any use to you!
What do I need to send you?
I edit everything in microsoft word, so you'd need to send me your project in that format.
Do you use any robot programs to edit?
No not at all.
Can you edit film scripts?
Absolutely, I offer a comprehensive service with film scripts including character and plot arcs - I also use Final Draft script-writing software if you need to collaborate in that medium.
Can I see a sample of your editing before I decide?
Yes of course. You just need to send me a few paragraphs of your work and I'll swiftly edit it and send it back to you - for free. It'll help to see if we're on the same page (pun intended!)
Can you edit any type of written project?
Pretty much - just ask and we can chat about it.
