Create engaging text, image, and video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. ​Account Management: Oversee daily operations across all social channels, including posting schedules and profile updates. ​Community Engagement: Monitor user comments and messages, responding promptly and professionally to foster a positive community around the brand. ​Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads and boost conversions. ​Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and social media algorithms to keep AK Technology ahead of the competition. ​Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. ​Required Skills & Qualifications ​Digital Expertise: Proven experience in managing professional social media pages and using tools like Meta Business Suite and Buffer/Hootsuite. ​Creative Writing: Strong copywriting and editing skills in both English and Bengali to craft catchy captions and ad copies. ​Design Basics: Proficiency in Canva or basic video editing tools (Digital Markating) is a plus. ​Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the technology industry to communicate the company's services effectively. ​Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with followers and co
