Core technical expertise includes liquid cooling system design, cold plate and manifold optimization, CFD simulation (ANSYS Fluent, ICEPAK, STAR-CCM+), FEA structural and thermal analysis, and power electronics packaging. Proficient in SolidWorks and CATIA for complex electromechanical assemblies. Deep hands-on experience in thermal interface material selection, enclosure design to IP/NEMA standards, DFM/DFMEA, GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and design change management across cross-functional engineering teams. Achieved 83% reduction in temperature spread across power electronics through liquid-cooled busbar architecture, validated via iterative CFD and prototype testing.
