Freelancer needed to communicate more regarding the completion of the project. If something came up family emergency, personal matter, then this should be communicated to the customer that your project is delayed because of X.. communication is always the key to good customer service other than that the logo looks great..

Good designer for the price point. If you’re willing to wait a little longer and not in a rush I would recommend. Order was delayed, however happy with the result.
